Schedule & Events
Plans are still coming together, but here’s a look at what the weekend may have in store. Expect a mix of group activities, free time, good food, nightlife, and plenty of room to do Vegas your own way.
Exact times, locations, and reservations will be added as everything is finalized.
THURSDAY
Arrive, settle in, and kick off the weekend in Downtown Vegas. Thursday is meant to be a more casual welcome night for anyone arriving Thursday.
Fremont St Outing
Explore Fremont Street, grab drinks, gamble, bar hop, and ease into the weekend together. Clubbing at Oddfellows, gamble hella.
FRIDAY
Friday is the start of the main birthday weekend. We’ll move over to the Strip, get checked in, and spend the day enjoying Vegas before heading out that night.
Friday Pool/Dayclub
*Tentative. Pool or dayclub time for anyone who wants to start the weekend with drinks, music, and some Vegas sun.
Explore/
Roaming
Free time to explore the Strip, gamble, grab food, shop, check out a casino, catch a show, escape room or just hang at the hotel. No need for the whole group to stay together.
Karaoke
Potential pregaming prior. Friday night karaoke with the group. Wait for Friday evening flight guests to arrive in. Potential to go out as well.
SATURDAY
The main birthday day! Saturday will be a little more structured, with time to recover in the morning before getting everyone together for the big celebration that night.
Brunch
A late brunch to regroup, recover, and properly start the birthday festivities. Restaurant TBD.
Birthday Dinner
The main birthday dinner of the weekend. Come dressed up and ready to celebrate the big 3-0. Restaurant and dress guidance TBD.
Party Bus + Outing
After dinner, we'll pregame and then take the party on the road for a Vegas night out. Expect drinks, music, multiple stops, and shenanigans.
SUNDAY
A slower final day to pack up, check out, and recover before everyone heads home. If your flight is later in the day, there may be time for one last meal together before leaving Vegas.
Chinatown Lunch
For anyone with a later flight, we may head to Chinatown for one last group meal before wrapping up the weekend. Restaurant TBD and totally optional depending on flight times.
