Flight Options

The birthday weekend runs Thursday, October 15 through Sunday, October 18. If you can swing it, arriving Thursday is recommended so you can join the festivities from the start!

Can’t make Thursday work? Friday–Sunday is totally fine too — you’ll still be able to join us for the main weekend festivities.

Recommended flight options are listed below to make planning easier, but feel free to book whichever airline and times work best for you.

For Sunday, I recommend checking one-way return flights separately instead of only searching round trips. Google Flights may favor the same airline for both legs, but mixing airlines can sometimes give you better return times and prices from Vegas.

Accomodations

Thursday Night — Fremont Street

For anyone arriving Thursday, the plan is to stay downtown near Fremont Street for our first night in Vegas. A recommended hotel and booking details will be shared once finalized.

Friday–Sunday — The Strip

On Friday, we’ll move to a hotel on The Strip for the main birthday weekend. I’ll be booking a larger suite to serve as our home base/party room and am hoping to coordinate additional rooms at the same hotel for anyone who wants to stay together.

When accommodations are finalized, you’ll have a few options:

Let me coordinate your room as part of our group
Book your own room at the same hotel
Stay elsewhere if you have another hotel, points redemption, comp, or deal you prefer

There’s absolutely no requirement to stay with the group — but I’d love to have as many of us together as possible!

**I'm probably also going to get 1-2 comped rooms for Sunday evening so that people can store their luggages or use them in case they have a late/really late flight Sunday or red-eye Monday morning.
